Changing a web service project location

Hi
Is there any way I can create a web service project with a relative path .
My problem is that if I for example create a web service in some location
lets say a Virtual Directory MyWebProjects I created with IIS for example
http://localhost/MyWebProjects/WebService1 . if I decide that I want to move
this project to a different location I cant open it any longer , Its as if
the project path is HARD CODED and it cannot reside in any other place.
Is there any way I can create a Web Service project with a generic location
that can be put anywhere ???
