XSL Import/Include questions

Is there any way to conditionally import XSL files? If I have to
import all the possible pages and then conditionally call the right
template, will importing all the templates cause application overhead
or slowness?

No.

That depends on the XSLT processor, but generally a named template which
has no match imposes very little overhead when not used.
