Issue with COM exposed classes

Hello all,

I have an issue that is to complicated to explain. I wanted to know if
there was a diagnostic for the dotnet framework it's self to see if a reg
setting or a DLL is not registered correctly. I would uninstall and
reinstall .NET 1.1 on my 2003 server if i could, but it seems that this
option is not available becuse 1.1 came with the OS. Can anyone help me
out? Thanks.
