Mouse Poointer in Windows forms Designer Flicking

Hi all
i using the buggiest of all microsoft developer tool (visual studio 2005
RTM ) and one other problem is this

when i´m designing a form the mouse pointer is allways fliking and the CPU
goes to 100% ? anyone have a workarround to this problem
