How to fix VC directories?

I have VS.NET 2005 standart edition. Before installing it I had installed
VC++ express.
I did modify some directory variable in VC++ express to have some project
working.

Now VS.NET is all screwed up and can't compile C++ at all.
why is that? various error such as can't find 'cl' etc...

If you look in Tools=>Option=>Project and Solutions=>VC++ Directories
I have, for exemple, only 2 directories in the executable directory list:
F:\Program Files\Microsoft Platform SDK\bin
F:\Program Files\Microsoft Platform SDK\bin\winnt

How could I fix that?
I did try to uninstall all my express product, uinistall VS200 standart,
reinstall it.... but it's still the same :-(
what could I do!
I can't do C++ at all!!!!
