SGen VisualStudio XmlSerializer

P: n/a
SGen can be used manually or through visual studio project build properties
(select On for Generate Serialization Assembly).

I used SGen manually to generate serializer classes for a type. I deployed
the binary in the same folder as the actual types. However when I attached
the debugger to the process, I saw the XmlSerializer went ahead and created
its own assembly even though the one generated by SGen in advance is already
present in the same folder.

Is there way to turn off assembly creation by XmlSerializer when the SGen
generated assembly exists?
