Extract interfaces for all classes in assembly

Hello.

I'd like to use interfaces instead of strong types in my solution.
Is there any tool that could extract interfaces from all/some classes
in some project and put it into separate project?

So if there are two files src1.cs and src2.cs in the project with
Class1 and Class2 in the src1.cs and Class3 in the src2.cs I'd like to
get new project with isrc1.cs and isrc2.cs with IClass1 and IClass2 and
IClass3 accordingly.

I know about soapsuds but it is not the same IMHO

Thank you
