hiding web service details

I have developed a server/client application using web services
assuming that I could lock it down after developement. I am now worried
that this may not be possible.

I want to be able to deliver the complete set up to a customer in which
they handle installation and administration of both the client and the
server on their machines.

The trouble is that I want to hide implementation details of the
system. I also need to control access to server functionality and the
developement of clients.

I see that SSL is enabled through IIS and the WSDL/documentation is
disabled in the web.config file. The obvious problem with this is that
I would have no control over this, since the web service will be
running on the customer's machine which they administer.

Is there anyway to have any control of this from within the webservice
DLLs that I deliver?

Please help!
