I am planning to write a small windows application, which will capture a
streaming video from any device could be S-Video. While designing this
application I have two options 1 with preview window open and second is
silent (without previewing stream to screen). Aim is to just get a better
output. My question here is does second option will make some difference to
get best output, regardless of what hardware you have.
If you have any experience in capturing the stream, your comments are required
