Setting user permission

Hi!
I'd like to know if someone has a example that add a new User in the tab
Properties-> Security of a folder e add special permissions for this user.
Someone has a sample using WMI??

Thanks.

PS: I've tried to find this in this forum, but I didn't find what I want.
