SoapExtensionStream and Buffers

Hi,

I am writing a SoapExtension class to implement a progressbar on the client
while uploading large data chunks,.i.e Files as byte[].

I found this article on how to implement the progressbar on downloads:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...ce11052002.asp

I rewired this method to do uploads, but its useless due to the
SoapExtensionStream buffering the output. There does not seem to be a way to
turn off buffering of the SoapExtensionStream passed into the ChainStream
method. Is there a way to turn off buffering.

Also, I have tried to Flush() the buffer, but again I think the
SoapExtensionStream's Flush() method does nothing. There is documentation in
which suggests the Flush() method will be implemented in the future, but the
current version will not even through an exception.

Any ideas on this?

Thanks,

Jim
