Any way to manipulate underlying socket?

With a web service (.NET 2.0), is there a way to manipulate the underlying
socket? I'm writing a simulator for a protocol that uses SOAP. I need to
run it on a computer with multiple IP addresses on a single NIC card. I need
to be able to start and stop the web service from listening for requests sent
to a single IP address. I also need to be able to drop the socket connection
from the client before receiving the response, and from the web service
instead of sending a response. Is this possible with web services?
