Java Web Service -> .Net client problem

Hello!

I have small problem.
Thera are web-service in java, it has method "getTestUrl"

in the body(soap:input) it has attribute parts="" which prevent wsdl.exe
from building proxy, after removing this attribute i can build proxy, but it
incorrect.

it generate getTestUrl(userContext) instead of getTestUrl() ...

Question. What attribute in WSDL can help wsdl.exe generate correct proxy ?
(WSDL style rpc/encoded)

p.s. java understand such WSDL correctly
