generic web service client/tester

Hi,

Does anyone know of a free windows app that can be used to consume web
services for use mainly as a test harness.

You know the sort of thing - it downloads the WSDL then asks you which
method you want to invoke, asks you for the parameters, invokes the web
service and tells you the result. I'd like the ability to spy on the XML
going both ways

TIA

Andy
