failure when adding web reference to MFC project

I want to write a raw cpp project with MapPoint. So
I add web reference of MapPoint web service to my MFC project but failed. It
says

error SDL1005 : unrecognized tag, with
[
namespace = "http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"
tag = "list"
]

Some one told me to set the "use managed extension" option, but I think if
so, it's not a raw cpp project but .NET. Right? Even I follow it, VS.NET 2003
only gives me a .h file with many errors.

Have anyone here met the similar problems? Help me and thanks very much!
