Replying with Culture-Specific messages when invoking web services

Hi,
I have a winforms client and a web service that returns some text messages
upon calling. Is there any way to localize these messages and return them
with the same culture as the culture of the client?
I know that there is a way to add a SOAP header and read it on the web
service and extract the culture and load the proper resource, however, isn't
there any other solution that is built in the framework?
