C# client size limit with axis

when I try to send a large c# client, I get a read time out. It's not a
sever problem, cus it works fine with java.

Should I try to send it binary? How do I send it binary. Is there a class
that wsdl is supposed to put in the service file.
there's only 1 parameter I'm passing as a string, then I tried to change it
to a object but it still failed.

Maybe there's an option for running wsdl for creating the client.?
