Use of class files in Web Service

Hi all,
I have created 'sectors' class in sectors.cs file in web services project
and in this project I have sector_serv.asmx as web service.How can I use
'sectors' class in sector_serv.asmx file. i.e. web service. Any Knowledge
will be encouraged.So pls Help.
