My proxy class dont work in Mobil Applications

Hi...I have a problem:

I used to create Web Services with VS 2003 , but recently i updated to VS
..Net 2005 Beta, The problem is than when i run the WSDL to generate the
Proxy Class of my web service there create sevaral procedures than in vs
2003 don't, also my class it's defined as a public "PARTIAL" class ..it's
there any way to compile with WSDL and get the results that i used to get
with VS 2003 ??

The other problem:
(Now Working with CompactFramework)
I create a Mobile Application, Reference my ProxyClass and
When i try to use my proxy class in a Mobile Application (created with VS
2005) i get a compilation error for the next NameSpace:
- System.ComponentModel.AsyncCompletedEventArgs and
- System.Threading.SendOrPostCallback

what can i do?, it's this suported in the compact framework ?

i also get an error compilation using the simplest example "Hello word"
[WebMethod]
