dll reference to web service - problems

Hi,

After a few hours of asp. net configuration, ACL, web service specifications
digging and of course extensive googling, I finally came to you… and as
usually I need help…

I need to add specific dll files as reference to my WS. At this project for
some reason [sic!] we use ‘copy local = false’. And that is what makes a lot
of problems with WS references.

When these are added and the referenced dll is in other folder than the WS
\bin folder is, I get :
File or assembly name MyName, or one of its dependencies, was not found.

I try to add <probing privatePath="aaa"> where 'aaa' is my referenced dll
location. But this doesn't help.

Please, if only someone know what to do, (besides 'copy locat = true'), I
need your help !
