Trying to call Webservice from classic ASP

I'm trying to call a .net webservice from classic asp but I get an
error saying "request format is invalid". Code is below
Dim wsurl
wsurl = "http://localhost/wsImage/wsImage.asmx/GetImage"
Dim xmlhttp
Set xmlhttp=Server.CreateObject("MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP" )
xmlhttp.open "POST",wsurl,false
xmlhttp.send "sImageNo=" & "000005M-2004"
Dim rValue
rValue=xmlhttp.responseXML

Another question: Is there anyway I can just get the binary data out of
the XML?
Thanks
