How to use wsewsdl2.exe instead of wsdl.exe in VS 2005/2003

Hi!!

VS 2003 and Vs 2005 are curretly using wsdl.exe to generate proxy when a
client tries to add a reference of a web service at the backend. I want to
ask if there is any way that we can instruct VS to use wsewsdl2.exe
instead??

The reason is that i m using WSE 2.0 and want to generate proxy with the
help of VS but VS doesn't supports soap over tcp.

looking forward in this regards
