Please help...Trying to find an article!!

Hello, all!

I am hoping you can help me. I am trying to find an online article
about transferring an image via a web service. It involves encoding on
one end into a byte stream, passing it to the web service and decoding
it on the other end. This was a simple article and I was going to use
it for one-way image transfer transactions rather than a point-to-point
one.

The distinguishing feature about this online article is that the image
the author used was a picture of a guy with sunglasses on! I think it
may have been himself, but I'm not sure. I came across the article and
was very excited that I found a possible solution to a project I'm
working on. I came in the other day and my printout was gone, I have
no bookmark for the page, and my history is only kept for the current
day!!

The article is on one of those sites that include articles with source
code. Also, the articles on this site have a picture of the developer
who wrote the article at the bottom. I could have sworn it was
codeproject.com, but I can't find ANYTHING like this there.

If anyone out there knows of this article or knows of one very similar
to it, PLEASE let me know. I'm almost at that point in my project and
I need to come up with a solution FAST!!

Thank you for your help!
