Documentation of webservice?

Hi,

I am trying to document my webservice (and webmethod) through the
Description tag in my Service1.asmx.cs file:

[WebService(Namespace="http://MyServer/MyService/", Description="Special
service to be described explicitly here. Can I format this using HTML
tags?")]
public class Service1 : System.Web.Services.WebService
....

I would like to be able to be able to place more descriptive information
here, so that when viewing http://MyServer/MyService/Service1.asmx, this
information can serve as a rudimentary help file. It is possible somehow to
put HTML tags or other formatting into the Description above? Does anyone
have a link, MS or otherwise, to point me to that describes this?
