Web services Walkthrough in VC# 2005 Beta 2 Fails

I'm trying to follow the walkthrough in the documentation that is bundled
with Visual Web Developer 2005 Beta 2 to create a simple temperature
conversion web service. Basically all I've done is created a new web service
project, added a C# file called Convert.asmx, and added a single method
called FahrenheitToCelsius. The tutorial instructs me to at this point build
the application and try it out. But when the page loads, IIS bombs and gives
me this error:

The path '/TemperatureBeta2Service/App_GlobalResources' maps to a directory
outside this application, which is not supported.

I have no idea what App_GlobalResources is, and Google/MSDN search isn't
turning up much.

Please let me know if there is a better place to post this question; I
couldn't find a discussion group specific to Visual Studio 2005.
