Accessing dot net WebServices with J2ME

1) for KSOAP, Add [RpcMethod] for web service methods.
2) for JSR-172, leave defaults for web methods
3) in J2ME, comment out the User-Agent setting, or IIS will reject the call
with a 400/BAD Request/Invalid Header Name error (J2ME will send two
user-agents otherwise). Note I can only successfully do this with KSOAP,
because it comes with source code
