Errors: Referencing and Using 3rd Part ActX components

Hi

To begin with, I am referencing a Novell LDAP dll, from within a WebService.
There are a bunch of other related dll's which must be and are installed on
my machine.

Problem is:
I can ,from within my WebService, Reference the Dll I need, and
Intellisense or code completion recognises the public methods etc of this
Object , but when executing the app, it returns an error .. "module not
found" on the line of code instantiating the object.

Yet same code pasted into a web app ovb app works.
?? Permissions problems in IIS ...The Environment path is correcly set to
the folder in which the other Novell dll's reside, and they are in the Apps
bin folder as well.

any thoughts, suggestions, knowledge..?
