ATL Web Services Consumption Errors

I created a simple ATL Web Service that accepts a string and returns the
string reversed. I am running the Web Service in IIS 5.0 on Win2k Advanced
Server.
When I try and consume the web service I am getting the errors below
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"An unhandled exception of type 'System.Net.WebException' occurred in
system.web.services.dll "Additional information: The request failed with HTTP
status 405: Method not allowed."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
An unhandled exception of type 'System.Net.WebException' occurred in
system.web.services.dll Additional information: The request failed with the
error message:
--
<html><head><title>Object moved</title></head><body>
<h2>Object moved to <a href='/errorpage.aspx?ref=1471112906'>here</a>.</h2>
</body></html>

--.

All Web Services that I have created using ATL Server are failing to run.
Does anyone have a clue what could be causing the errors.
