Too Dumb for Dot Net 2005???

Hi all. I am very much a Novice when it comes to VB, though I have dabbled
in VB6, .net 2003 and have just downloaded 2005.

I have a very basic app I built that I want to pass onto some friends etc,
however, I want to make sure I include the redistributable framework etc on
the Install CD, as some of these people don't have internet access nor do I
wish to rely on internet access for them to install my app.

How on earth do I make sure that these are included and will install when my
apps setup routine is run??

I have checked the .net documentation on 2005 and it says use clickonce and
download the files, nothing about including them and having them install at
the same time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated even if its to point me to a good web
site/tutorial etc.
Thanks
