Class is shared - need new instance

I have a class that gets the page and context as parameters.

I call it on the page with the following code:

Dim R as string
Dim MyClassInst as New MyClassA
R = MyClassInst.UtilMenuGenFromTE(Page, Me.LabMenAdmin, "MenuIsAdmin", ,
Context)

I found out, that calls from other users to the same page do not create a
new instance but do use the same instance. This creates problems.

Maybe I misconfigured the class definitions.

-- How can I make sure a new instance is created with each call to the page?
-- How can I avoid that the insance is shared among severel users?
-- Where do I have to configure this?
-- Is there a way I can check on the DLL?

Your help is very much appreciated
