CreateProcess and memory performance

Hi,
I'm developing a WinCE app with vb.net, and need to show a document to the
user in html format, so I call the iesample from the app. The problem is that
when the user closes IE seems that the memory is not released.

here is the code.

Declare Function CreateProcess Lib "Coredll.dll" ( _
ByVal imageName As String, _
ByVal cmdLine As String, _
ByVal lpProcessAttributes As Integer, _
ByVal lpThreadAttributes As Integer, _
ByVal boolInheritHandles As Int32, _
ByVal dwCreationFlags As Int32, _
ByVal lpEnvironment As Integer, _
ByVal lpszCurrentDir As Integer, _
ByVal si As Integer, _
ByVal pi As Integer) As Boolean
Dim rutaDoc As String = "file://\" & AppPath & "doc.html?f=" &
System.DateTime.Now
RetVal = CreateProcess("\Windows\iesample.exe", rutaDoc, 0, 0, 0, 0,
0, 0, 0, processInfo)

Note the System.datetime.now in the doc url to avoid ie to show a previously
cached doc.html (dont know if that matters)

Is correct the code?, am i missing something?
Please help
