how to setting the rights of directorys?

hello everyone,

I'm trying to set the rights of a few directory's on a server
(win2000-network) programmatically.
How is it possible to to set the rights for users, for instance the
administrator-group of the active directory?

I hope it is possible....

Thanks for suggestions

Best regards

Tom

Tom,
The new System.Security.AccessControl namespace in .NET 2.0 (VS 2005) allows
you to set rights on directorys very easily.
