WebBrowser Control Printing - How to hide page header and footer?

Hi... What's the easiest way to suppress the page header and footers that get
printed from Internet Explorer...

The page header shows the document name, page number, and the footer shows
the URL location...

I've read about Print Templates, CSS settings, and so forth... What's the
suggested way? An easy way from C#, has somebody done it, do you know of any
web pages or threads on this subject?

Thanks!
