multicasting in multihomed pc

I have two NIC in my laptop. The are connected to two different routers
(Routers IP Address: 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.2.1).

NIC One (Wireless): 192.168.1.135/255.255.255.0
Gateway/DNS: 192.168.1.1

NIC Two: 192.168.2.100/255.255.255.0
Gateway/DNS: 192.168.2.1

This forms two different networks.

I run a multicast server (225.7.8.9/7000) on NIC One (TTL=0), the multicast
packets are received by clients on NIC One.

I run a parallel multicast server (225.7.8.9/7000) on NIC Two, but no client
on NIC two receives multicast packets. Can you plz tell why?

Is it possible to run multicast servers locally on each NIC and have local
clients receiving those messages?

Thanks in advance
