Selected Element in ClassView gets deselected.

Hi,

I've facing a certain problem with selected item in the ClassView.

Basically here is what I do -

When the user right-clicks on an item in the ClassView ,he can select a
pop-up menu item.This displays a UI (dialog). Using the UI he can add
some attributes to the selected Code element (say to a class). The
problem is that as soon as I add the attribute to the source file the
selected class view element gets deselected and the topmost element
(the solution parent node) in the class view gets selected.

This doesnt happen always though. When I add the attribute to the
source file I first delete the previous attribute, if it exists and
then add the new one. If I don't delete the previous attribute but
directly add the new one, the selected item remains selected.

So basically can someone tell me what causes a selected element in the
classview to get deselected. This would give me a hint so that I can
investigate further.
