The Passport 2.5 SDK is no longer available as Passport moved to the 3.0
service July, 2005, and we now use the RPS bits (Relying Party Suite).
The Passport service is not an open service that anyone can leverage. The
service requires a contract and yearly fee of at least $10K. Instead of
providing Passport SDK bits to the world via the Downloads site, and then
working with potential partners over a contact after they have potentially
done a lot of development work without knowing about contract limitations, we
now provide the SDK and binaries to partners after they have been approved
and have signed appropriate contracts.
