Deploying an application

Hello,
I'm a newbie to .NET so please exucse my ignorance...
Simple question - i think -

How do you package & deploy a completed app in .NET. Back in VB6 days, you
could use a wizard to do this, creating a setup.exe file. Is this the same
for a .NET solution? If not, how do you create a setup.exe file, or, do
you(?).

Create a "Setup Project" from the "Setup and Deployment" category in the
create new project dialog box.
