Windows.Forms.PrintPreviewDialog accuracy

Hello,

I'm having trouble with the accuracy of our print preview, and it's
driving me nuts.

I'm building a report designer, with a print preview function. Let's
say the user lines up two objects in our designer - say a label that
says "FirstField:" and a "SecondField:" label below it, like:

FirstField:
SecondField:

The user can line up the colons (':') OK, using a "right-align"
function that we have. The page sent to the printer has the colons
lined up fine. However:

The print preview does not necessarily display the fields with the
colons lined up. At 100% zoom, "SecondField:" is positioned to the
*right* of "FirstField:". At 75% or lower, "SecondField:" is
positioned to the *left* of "FirstField:". At 200% zoom or larger, the
fields are lined up correctly!

Any ideas? We do store the dimensions in inches. Might that be part
of the issue? Also, we are using .NET 1.1 with SP1. Must we upgrade?

Thanks for your help. I've found little that is helpful on the web.
