shell command question - .NET Framework

Does anyone know the syntax in vb.net that I can open the "Windows Picture
and Fax Viewer" in VB.Net and pass it a variable that contains the name of
the file I want to view. I have tried different variations of the shell
command but have not got it to work.

Determine the path of the "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" and run it using
Process.Start and passing it the proper command line arguments ( the
filename)
