Server was unable to process request--> Failed to register

Hi,

Can someone help me in resolving the following issue

An unhandled exception has occured in your application.If you click
Continue,the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.If
you click Quit,the application will be shut down immediately.

Server was unable to process request--> Failed to register assembly
'XYZComponents, Version=x.x.xxx,Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=XXXXXXXX'.-->
Access to the registry key is denied.
