How do I NOT include .NET Framework in my Setup package?

I decided I needed to have my setup project include the .NET Framework
so I installed the "Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 Bootstrapper
Plug-in". So it works great and all but now I don't know how to have
my Setup project NOT include the .NET Framework. How do I turn it
off??? The only way I can do it is to uninstall the Plug-In! Thanks
in advance!!!
