Content Advisor Crashing

All:

I use a content advisor restrict access to web sites. For some reason when
I use the content advisor to only allow access to a site built on .NET,
Internet Explorer crashes. However if I turn the content advisor off, I do
not have the problem.

Any insight?

Thanks.
