Multi Form App

I created a simple app with 2 forms (Form1 & Form2).
On form1, I have a button that, when clicked will start form2 (keeping form1
open)
On form2, I have a button that closes it's self out
When this program is ran, after clicking the buttons a few times, the memory
useage for the app keeps going up.

Here is my code on each button:
Form1:
Private Sub Button1_Click(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As
System.EventArgs) Handles Button1.Click
Dim form2 As New Form2
form2.ShowDialog()
End Sub

Form2:
Private Sub Button1_Click(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As
System.EventArgs) Handles Button1.Click
Dispose()
End Sub
This program will be used on our production floor and this scenario could
happen around 10,000 times before the program will be closed out to clear the
memory.
There will be cases when I will be calling a 3rd form from form2. This will
just make it worse.

How can you do this without consuming memory?
