entity names to unicode valeus translation table?

Thanks,
Can anyone give me a table with translations character entity names to
unicode values, that is:

Á -> Á
å -> å
Э -> Э
....

this EXACTLY what i do replace names with values in a xml document;
the names are standard, some of them are published in
http://www.w3.org/2003/entities/tables/byalpha.html
