Approaching Accessibility

I am researching the appropriate approach for our application in regards
to accessibility. Does anyone know of a good document or loccation to
check out for details on this? I know of the AccessibilityObject in
..NET, but the details of 'why' or the best approach are sketchy at best.
Has anybody used this?
