Display different value in Combo Box

I have a combo box which contains a list of JobStatus's which are paired,
"Description" (a string to display) and "StatID" (an Int to store). These
come from my JobStatus table.

I have a screen for updating Jobs, on it I want to have a combo box to
represent the Job.JobStatus field, which will reposition the Combo Box to
display the corresponding Status that is assigned to that Job, and then of
course the user can pick a new status from the list provided. So the value
being stored in the Job.JobStatus field corresponds to the JobStatus.StatID
field, but when viewed in my app I want to display the JobStatus.Description
field instead of the int value. How can I do this?

Originally I had just a textbox which had a databinding to the Job.JobStatus
field, but I dont see how I can bind it to this field, and display a
corresponding description field from another table??

Any advice would be a great help.

Thanks
