Access is Denied

I am using VB.Net for my applications and Clear Case for Configuration
management. When I chkout the files, do changes to the vb-forms and try to
save, then DotNet Environment gives me ACCESS IS DENIED message.

This doesnt seems to be ClearCase problem since i am able to modify other
(text) files.

Somebody please help !

regards,
Jai

Jai,

I can't say I know what's wrong, but I can guess ;-) Firstly, are the files
readonly after you've checked them out? I haven't worked with ClearCase, but
I assume it's also a VS IDE add-in? So, you do the checking out in the VS
IDE and then you make changes to the files, right? What happens if you
check-out, close and re-open VS?

Hi !
It seems there is some issue with Vs.net IDE and Clear Case while using
dynamic views. This is what i got to hear from Rational. Additional info can
be found at
"http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=727&uid=swg21139357"

I thank for all the help.

Regards,
Jai
