netCDF & HDF

Does anyone have any experience in writing netCDF or HDF files using the
..NET framework (pref VB.NET) since all searches on the internet have turned

TIA

Finally found something! For anybody coming across this with similar
questions see this link for netCDF:

I still have nothing on HDF though.
