closing another process's messagebox

I'm using System.Diagnostics.Process.GetProcesses to get a list of running
processes.
I'm using this to find a specific Process class that has a window opened

This window is a dialog that has a OK and a Cancel button.
If I use the 'CloseMainWindow' function on this process, it closes the
window, as if I pressed the 'close' box or the Cancel button.

Is there a way I can tell this Dialog to close as if I pressed the 'OK'
button ?
(some kind of 'send OK message' to the process window)

thanks
