Regular Expression Validator Numeric and word list

P: n/a
I have not been able to find any examples of the type of validation I need.
I have numeric fields on a web page that I only want them to enter numbers
with two decimal places. I would like to allow them to enter a number with
comma or with out comma. (for example the could enter 1000.00 or 1,000.00 or
1000)
The other field I need help with is a list of user ID separated by comma,
ie user123, userabc, user321. They could enter one user ID up to 10 and
they have to be separated by comma, If they only enter one the comma would
not be required. I have been trying to get a regular expression validator to
work and I get close, but I need help. Thanks in advance for your assistance
